He looks upon her into her eyes,
She sees he changed,
His eyes are full of hate and lies,
He yells and threatens,
Her eyes tear up and wished he was better,
Tears flow like an everlasting river,
He grabs her and holds her trying to make things better,
She pulls back and looks at the stranger,
He laughs at her and walks away,
She runs after him and looks deep into his eyes,
He smiles at her knowingly and smirks,
She raises her hand and slaps him with pain,
He runs off with tears in his eyes,
She looks after him as he runs past the trees,
As he disappears she sits down and smiles,
She hopes he will never hurt another like he hurt her,
Alone yet not alone,
Her poem of her heart.



I wrote this poem because of my ex, the events that happened in the poem is true XD I did slap him... last week actually, I just wished he wouldn't hurt anybody anymore like he did me.
